L’Ayurvéda et la Maternité – Pour une grossesse, une naissance et un accouchement en douceur et en conscience.
Selon l’Ayurveda, la grossesse est l’une des 6 étapes importantes de la vie d’une Femme. La conception et la naissance d’un bébé marquent le début d’une nouvelle histoire. Le corps de la femme enceinte devient un espace sacré, un espace d’infinies possibilités. Dans ce corps en métamorphose, une âme décide de s’incarner sur terre. Chaque trimestre de la grossesse est symbolisée par une étape d’évolution (physique, émotionnelle et spirituelle). L’Ayurvéda accompagne la femme enceinte, l’accouchement et l’après-naissance par différentes méthodes (massages à l’huile chaude ; alimentation ; visualisation ; yoga nidra ; respiration consciente ; yoga ; libération des mémoires et autres empreintes du passé ; nettoyage énergétique du placenta…). La maternité est une expérience de changements intérieurs extraordinaires qui dépassent neuf mois le ventre rond.

*Le YoniFest est un festival international organisé par le COLLECTIF YONI, un OSBL qui remet en question la culture actuelle de la naissance. Le COLLECTIF YONI croit aux savoirs intuitifs et instinctifs. Il offre des espaces de questionnements, de réflexions, d’expression et de prise de conscience autour du sacré de la naissance et sur la capacité des femmes à mettre au monde leur enfant et leur placenta par elles-mêmes. Le festival se déroulera en nature, sur une grande terre située en Estrie (Québec, Canada), berceau des peuples Abénakis, qui y tenaient jadis leurs rassemblements. Un espace de camping pouvant accueillir 350 personnes sera disponible. Nous souhaitons créer un esprit de village afin de permettre à la communauté de la naissance de se rassembler, se questionner et se nourrir. Spectacle burlesque, musique et danse assureront une ambiance festive!
