Dans un chalet sur la montagne près d’un feu de foyer j’offrirai deux types de soins ayurvédiques de 60 minutes au coût de 80$:
- Massage Abhyanga (massage traditionnel indien du corps entier): à la fois thérapeutique et holistique ce soin apporte la confiance en soi, l’ouverture, la souplesse et la vitalité du corps et de l’esprit. Il élimine le stress et les tensions. Il fortifie l’énergie des reins, des poumons et du cœur. Il améliore la digestion et l’élimination. Il enracine, calme le système nerveux et éloigne la fatigue mentale et physique.
- Massage Shiro Abhyanga (massage indien de la tête, cou, visage, nuque, haut du dois et des pieds): cette méditation transcendantale en mouvement calme et régénère le corps ainsi que l’esprit. Ce soin réduit considérablement les tensions, les maux de tête, les insomnies et les sinusites. Il renforce la mémoire, le foie, la circulation sanguine, les muscles et les os. Il lutte la fatigue, l’anxiété et la dépression. Il éclaircit littéralement vos 5 sens !
Horaire des soins:
- Samedi 21 novembre: 10h à 11h, 11h30 à 12h30, 13h30 à 14h30, 15h à 16h, 16h30 à 17h30
- Dimanche 22 novembre: 9h30 à 10h30, 11h à 12h, 12h30 à 13h30 + atelier sur la santé ayurvédique hivernale de 14h à 15h45.
