Mes 42 années de vie sur cette belle planète m’ont permis de vivre et d’expérimenter de multiples passages, rituels et transformations au féminin.
La maternité auprès de ma grande fille de bientôt 9 ans a déployé en moi un processus d’empuissancement extraordinaire et si profond à la fois.
Mes 11 années d’études et de pratique comme thérapeute psycho-corporel, massothérapeute, accompagnante à la naissance et au deuil, naturopathe en périnatalité (certificat en cours) et plusieurs techniques bio-mécaniques, ayurvédiques et chamaniques de créer ma boîte à outils fantastique et efficace.
Toutes ces expériences me permettent donc d’accompagner les femmes pour :
- Douleurs physiques ou chroniques (maux de dos, arthrite, symptômes reliés à la ménopauses, fibromyalgie, mauvaise digestion, problèmes de sommeil, fatigue persistante).
- Malaises émotionnels passagers ou persistants (émotions fortes, anxiété, dépression, burnout).
- Processus de fertilité, grossesse et maternité (préconception et période pré/post-natale).
- Transitions de vie (changement de travail, deuil, séparation, prise de décision en cohérence avec tes aspirations).
- Réalisation de soi (harmonisation du corps-cœur-esprit, augmenter la confiance en soi, retrouver et nourrir ton potentiel féminin et créatif, activer tes dons, trouver ta mission de vie).
- Gynécologie holistique (harmoniser ton cycle menstruel, éveiller la femme védique en toi par l’hygiène de vie ayurvédique).
